| Chicago Area LECET is an innovative labor-management cooperation trust comprised of the 20 local Laborers’ Unions of the Laborers’ District Council of Chicago and Vicinity, and the contractors of its signatory contractor associations. We strive to develop strong working relationships between labor and management while advancing and empowering union Laborers and contractors throughout the nine county Chicagoland area.
